Scope

These terms apply to the marketing site and any artifacts (documentation, brand assets, articles) we distribute through it. If you are an operator of an Atlas or Argus deployment, your deployment agreement controls and overrides these terms in any conflict.

Use Of Site

Use the site as intended. Do not attempt to access systems you are not authorized to access. Do not scrape at rates that degrade availability. Do not impersonate Seifert Dynamics personnel or misrepresent our identity in any channel.

We may modify, suspend, or take the site offline at any time, with or without notice. We may also revise these terms — the version posted at the time of your visit governs.

Intellectual Property

Site content (copy, design, logos, brand assets) is owned by Seifert Dynamics or used under license. Third-party trademarks are the property of their respective holders.

Editorial use of our brand assets is permitted with attribution and without modification of the marks themselves. Contact press@seifertdynamics.com for high-resolution assets and approved language.

Disclaimers

Content on this site is provided as-is and may be updated, withdrawn, or replaced at any time. We make no warranty as to fitness for any particular purpose. Forward-looking statements describe our intent, not a contractual commitment.

Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seifert Dynamics is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the marketing site. Our aggregate liability is limited to USD $100 or the amount you paid us for site access (which, for the public site, is zero).

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts of Sarasota County, Florida.
