2. Trademarks
"Seifert Dynamics," the Seifert Dynamics logomark, "Atlas," and "Argus" are trademarks of Seifert Dynamics. All other trademarks referenced on the Site are the property of their respective owners. Use of these third-party marks does not imply any sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation.
Use of Seifert Dynamics marks requires attribution. Commercial use beyond editorial reference requires written permission from legal@seifertdynamics.com.

4. Patents
Selected aspects of the Atlas and Argus platforms are the subject of pending and granted U.S. and international patents. A current list of issued patents is available on request to legal@seifertdynamics.com.
5. DMCA — Notice And Takedown
If you are a copyright owner (or authorized agent) and believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated DMCA agent that includes the elements required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3):
(i) physical or electronic signature; (ii) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed; (iii) identification of the allegedly infringing material with information reasonably sufficient to locate it; (iv) your contact information; (v) a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized; and (vi) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act.

6. Export Control
Selected platform components, documentation, and technical assistance may be subject to U.S. export-control regulations including the Export Administration Regulations (EAR, 15 C.F.R. §§ 730–774) and, where applicable, the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR, 22 C.F.R. §§ 120–130).
You may not use, export, re-export, transfer, or release any platform component, in whole or in part, to any prohibited end-user, end-use, or destination, including those identified on the U.S. Department of Commerce's Denied Persons, Entity, or Unverified Lists, or the U.S. Department of Treasury's OFAC Specially Designated Nationals List.
Engagements are reviewed at intake to confirm compliance with applicable end-use and end-user restrictions.
7. U.S. Government Use
Atlas and Argus platform software is "commercial computer software" as defined at FAR 12.212 and "commercial computer software documentation" as defined at DFARS 227.7202-1 through 227.7202-4.
U.S. Government end-users acquire the software with only those rights set forth in the applicable commercial license agreement. Use, duplication, or disclosure by the U.S. Government is subject to the restrictions of the commercial license.
8. Section 889 / Supply-Chain Statement
Seifert Dynamics does not knowingly use, in any platform component delivered to U.S. Government customers or covered contractors, telecommunications equipment or services produced or provided by entities prohibited under Section 889 of the FY 2019 NDAA (Pub. L. 115-232).
9. Open-Source Notices
The Atlas and Argus platforms incorporate open-source software. A current list of open-source components and their licenses is delivered with each deployment and available on request to legal@seifertdynamics.com.
